WYNYARD — One of two people charged in connection with a poppy box theft in Wynyard has appeared in court again.
Rachel Johnson, 42, of Watson, was in Wynyard Provincial Court March 26, where she had her matter adjourned to April 23.
Her co-accused, 34-year-old Nathan Reimer of Watson, admitted his guilt last month and received a suspended sentence with three months of probation, and he had to pay $30 in restitution to the Royal Canadian Legion.
The charges stem from the theft of a poppy donation box at the Subway in Wynyard on Nov. 10.
