SASKATCHEWAN — Conditions have improved on Saskatchewan highways March 31 after a late-March storm that struck much of the southern and central regions.
According to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, most highways are now listed as bare, although a few are partially covered.
