MANITOU BEACH — Update, April 10: Watrous RCMP have arrested and charged a man in relation to an incident where an individual reportedly committed an indecent act in Manitou Beach.
On April 8, Watrous RCMP Detachment officers, along with investigators from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Regina and Saskatoon Serious Crimes Units, executed search warrants at residences in Moose Jaw and Nokomis as a part of this investigation.
An adult male was arrested. A 33-year-old man, from Moose Jaw, is charged with one count, committing an indecent act.
Watrous RCMP also received assistance from the Saskatchewan RCMP’s National Sex Offender Registry and Violent Crime Linkage Analysis Section.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on April 13.

Original post, April 1: Watrous RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in an ongoing investigation.
On March 22, Watrous RCMP received a report that an individual reportedly committed an indecent act in Manitou Beach.
Officers have been working to identify the individual and are now asking for the public’s assistance.
The suspect is described as a man in his early to mid-20s. He is about 220 pounds, with brown hair. He was wearing a blue ballcap, black glasses, a blue long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and brown cowboy boots.
