PRINCE ALBERT — A 22-year-old woman accused of attacking a teenager and a man in two separate incidents is seeking bail.
Rynell Kayleen McGillivary appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday. She was remanded in custody and is now scheduled to appear on April 20 for a bail hearing.
She is charged with two counts each of assault, failing to comply with a release order, breach of probation, and breach of a conditional sentence order.
According to Prince Albert Police Service, on April 1, a 16-year-old girl reported that she was struck in the face while waiting at a transit location. On April 9, police say a man was physically injured after an altercation with security personnel and members of the public at a business.
