MELFORT – One of two men arrested in connection with a break-in and fire that destroyed the Rose Valley Hotel has appeared in court again.
In the early morning hours of April 13, police and firefighters responded to the business.
The hotel was completely gutted, but no one was injured.
Kevin Paulson, 39, of Kelvington, is charged with arson, and possession of property obtained by crime
He was in Melfort Provincial Court April 27, where he was remanded in custody to May 6 in Rose Valley for a bail hearing.
