YORKTON — Two of five people arrested in connection with a large drug and weapons bust in the Yorkton area have appeared in court again.
Jacob Stonehouse, 24, and Cheryl Carlston, 51, were in Yorkton provincial court April 29.
Stonehouse was remanded in custody to May 6 for a bail hearing, while Carlston was released from custody and will return to court May 25.
On April 24, Mounties executed search warrants in Yorkton, Bredenbury, Bangor and the RM of Orkney.
They seized drugs such as cocaine, crystal meth, magic mushrooms, heroin and cannabis, as well as a number of weapons.
