The Denboer family from the Strasbourg area are the first winners of the 620 CKRM Country Cookout for the 2026 spring seeding season.
The name may be familiar, as they own the large log house that was transported from Lajord to their farm near Strasbourg, located an hour north of Regina.
620 CKRM Ag News Director Ryan Young talked to Ewoud Denboer about the house, what he's learned from farming in Canada, and plans for seeding this year.
