REGINA — Police are searching for 29-year-old Jaymes Bigstone who is wanted for breaching his parole conditions.
Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers posted his photo late April and said he is wanted for being unlawfully at large.
Bigstone is about 6-feet tall and 185 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes. He has teardrops tattooed under his left eye.
According to parole documents, in September 2023 he started serving a three-and-a-half-year prison sentence after being convicted for trafficking cocaine, possession of property obtained by crime, and possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition. He was also ordered to provide his DNA and given a lifetime weapons prohibition.
Bigstone’s parents were subjected to the Residential School system. He started drinking at age 10, and using cocaine at the age of 14. He was exposed to street gangs but parole documents say he isn’t currently identified or associated with a gang.
