REGINA — Regina Fire & Protective Services are investigating the cause of a basement fire in Regina.
Crews were called to the 1300 block of Athol St. in North Central at 6:38 a.m. on Friday morning for a report of a house fire.
Upon arrival, firefighters observed heavy smoke coming from the home.
Crews contained the basement fire and have since completed all searches.
No injuries were reported, and the fire remains under investigation.
