WILKIE — Conservation officers from the North Battleford area are investigating an incident involving the unlawful hunt and waste of two pronghorns near Wilkie.
According to a June 12 message on the Sasktip Facebook page, officers received information the two animals were found dead on the afternoon of May 31. It is believed that the animals were shot and left to waste sometime May 30 or 31.
A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest or conviction of the individual(s) responsible for this act.
