BROADVIEW — An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with second-degree murder has appeared in court again.
Dustyn Allary, 34, was in Broadview Provincial Court June 17, where he had his matter adjourned until July 15.
In April 2024, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace First Nation residence for a report of an injured man.
Elias Still, 33, of Ochapowace First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene.
