Update: According to the Saskatchewan Police Service (SPS), traffic restrictions on Manek Road have been lifted.
The investigation continues and the SPS said the 12-year-old remains in hospital in stable condition.
SASKATOON — The Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) is at the scene of a collision between a vehicle and a 12-year-old cyclist that occurred in the 500-block of Manek Road on June 20.
According to a news release from the SPS, the 12-year-old has been taken to hospital with serious injuries. The SPS Collision Analyst Unit is investigating further.
Motorists are asked to find an alternative route and respect officers investigating in the area.
