CENTRAL SASKATCHEWAN — Environment Canada has issued a tornado warning for parts of east-central Saskatchewan on July 10.
According to the warning, at 10:15 p.m., Environment Canada meteorologists were tracking a severe thunderstorm that Environment Canada said is producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.
This tornado was located 10 kilometres south of Hubbard and is tracking east at 40 kilometres per hour towards Herzel.
Communities in the RMs of Stanley and Tullymel were covered by the warning.
