NORTH BATTLEFORD – A cab driver in North Battleford was threatened with a firearm last week.
On June 9 at approximately 10:15 a.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report that an individual had been threatened with a firearm. The investigation determined two individuals were picked up by a cab on 109 Street in North Battleford. One of the individuals threatened the driver with a firearm, which was not discharged. The driver did not report physical injuries to the police.
Battlefords RCMP’s Municipal General Investigation Section continues the investigation.
The suspects are described as female. One of them has long dark hair and was wearing blue jeans with rips/distressing on the front, a grey sweater and white shoes. The other has dark hair, and was wearing white shoes, a crossbody bag, a black tube top and dark capri pants.
