LOON LAKE – A man facing charges in the alleged abduction of a woman in the Loon Lake area had his latest court appearance at Lloydminster Provincial Court on July 20.
Thirty-one-year-old Kevin Ross Watt is facing charges of:
- one count, kidnapping with firearm; and
- one count, fail to comply with undertaking condition.
Watt was remanded in custody.
His next court appearance is scheduled for July 22 at Lloydminster Provincial Court, to be spoken to.
Police say the victim was reportedly taken from a residence near Makwa Lake at approximately 12:45 a.m. on July 13. She was later located safe.
