REGINA — A 27-year-old man charged with committing an indecent act failed to make his first scheduled court appearance on July 15. A bench warrant was issued and his matter was adjourned to Aug. 24.
Brandon Ireland was charged by police following an incident in downtown Regina on June 10.
Police were initially called to a bus stop at the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Broad Street at about 6:45 p.m. on June 10 after receiving a report of a man wearing a bathrobe over pants with no shirt underneath, and exposing himself to passersby.
Ireland was also charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
