SASKATOON — The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating after a 41-year-old woman was assaulted by a group of people on Sunday evening in Pleasant Hill.
On July 26, at around 8:10 p.m., police were called to the area of 21st Street West and Avenue M South for an assault in progress.
When officers arrived, they found a 41-year-old woman was located with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries consistent with an assault. Police provided first aid before paramedics arrived on scene and took the woman to hospital for further medical treatment.
Through investigation, officers learned the victim had been assaulted by a group of people in an unknown alley near where she was located by police.
