SASKATOON — Police are currently at the scene of a collision at Highway 11 and 71st Street East.
Shortly after 8 a.m. this morning, Aug. 5, police were called to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 11 and 71st Street East. One man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Traffic restrictions are in place in the east and westbound lanes of 71st Street East as well as on the Idylwyld Service Road. Members of the motoring public are advised to find an alternate route through the area.
The Collision Analyst Unit is continuing to investigate.
