REGINA — A new type of scooter has made its debut on the streets of Regina.
Lime Technology Canada took over e-scooter operations in the city on Aug. 7, following the company’s assumption of operations from Neuron Mobility Canada Ltd.
According to Lime, the scooters will operate within the same service area, although changes could be made in the future.
Users who want to use the scooters must download the Lime app, while previous Neuron e-scooter users with money remaining in their account balance will receive a refund.
Lime marks the third e-scooter company to operate in the City of Regina. In 2023, Bird and Neuron both operated in the city, before Neuron became the city’s sole operator in 2025.
Saskatoon will also see its e-scooter operations transition to Lime, although an official date has yet to be announced.
