SASKATOON —A 35-year-old man is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries after being stabbed during a robbery early Thursday morning.
At approximately 3:30 a.m., on Aug. 20, an officer in the Canine Unit was on patrol in Pleasant Hill, in the area of 21st Street West and Avenue Q South, when they were waved down by a man who was suffering from a stab wound.
Additional responding officers were able to assist in providing medical attention until the man could be transported to hospital by paramedics. His injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Through further investigation, police say the 35-year-old is believed to be the victim of a robbery.
