REGINA, Sask. — A 34-year-old man is facing charges following a break-and-enter at a business in Walsh Acres, in the 4000 block of Rochdale Boulevard.
Regina police say at approximately 3 a.m. on Aug. 25, officers responded to a report of a break and enter in progress. When officers arrived, they located the suspect inside the business. The suspect was uncooperative and resisted arrest. Following a brief struggle, officers were able to take the suspect into custody.
The suspect has been charged with break and enter, resisting a peace officer, and failing to comply with probation.
He makes his first appearance in Regina court on Sept. 30
