The Ag Transport Coalition reports system order fulfillment performance improved modestly last week with CN and CPKC Rail combined, supplying 91% of shipper orders, an improvement from the 90% performance seen the prior week.
The improvement reflects minor changes for each railway, with CN seeing performance decline slightly while CPKC saw a modest improvement.
System performance remains at 90% or better for a second straight week.
In supplying 86% of cars ordered by shippers in week 5, CN saw performance decline slightly from the 89% order fulfillment performance seen in week 4.
CN performance remains at 80% or better for a second consecutive week.
In supplying 93% of shipper orders last week, CPKC performance improved slightly from the 91% order fulfillment performance seen the prior week, reversing a modest two week slide.
CPKC performance remains at 90% or better for an eighteenth consecutive week.
