ESTEVAN, Sask. — Two men arrested in connection with a death on the White Bear First Nation have appeared in court again.
Carlyle RCMP were called to a White Bear home in December 2024, where they found the body of 33-year-old Talon Lonethunder of Coronach.
Jeremy Whitebear, 23, is charged with first-degree murder, while 27-year-old Dwayne Maxie is accused of manslaughter.
In Estevan Court of King's Bench on Sept. 15, their matters were adjourned to Oct. 8.
