RCMP advise of increased police presence on Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation

AHTAHKAKOOP CREE NATION, Sask. – Saskatchewan RCMP are advising of increased police presence on Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation.

Saskatchewan RCMP advise there is an increased police presence on Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation in relation to an ongoing investigation.

People are asked to avoid the areas where police officers are present and follow any police direction provided.

Police will provide an update on this investigation as soon as they are able. If an imminent risk to public safety is identified, police say they will notify the public.
