Update: According to the Regina Police Service, three-year-old Starla Badger has been located unharmed. Stacey Badger, 23, is reportedly still missing.

REGINA, Sask. — The Regina Police Service (RPS) is asking for information that could assist in locating three-year-old Starla Badger and 23-year-old Stacey Badger.
According to the RPS, they were last seen Sept. 19 at approximately 2 p.m. in the 1100-block of McTavish Street.
Starla is described as having fair skin. The RPS said she has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a beige shirt, flower leggings and Hello Kitty shoes that light up.
Stacey Badger is described as having fair skin. The RPS said she is 5’3” tall with a slim build. She has blonde, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white/beige hoodie and blue jeans.
The RPS said there is no evidence to believe Stacey has come to harm, but she is considered at risk. Starla is considered vulnerable due to her age. Police would like to locate them to ensure their safety.
