REGINA, Sask. — Regina Fire and Protective Services responded at 3:27 a.m. Friday to a fire alarm in a strip mall on the 2500 block of E. Quance Street.
RFPS says the fire was confirmed and quickly contained to the unit of origin. Minor smoke and water damage were reported in adjacent businesses, but no injuries reported.
The fire is under investigation.
In another call, RFPS responded to a house fire on the 700 block of Robinson Street at 1:24 p.m. Wednesday. Crews extinguished a basement fire and completed searches.
No injuries were reported, and the fire is being investigated to determine the cause.
