PAYNTON – Maidstone RCMP are investigating an attempted, armed robbery.
On March 4 at around 4:50 p.m., Maidstone RCMP received a report of an attempted armed robbery at a residence in Paynton..
The investigation determined a group of individuals approached a residence and threatened an occupant with a firearm. The individuals left in a maroon truck. The victim did not report physical injuries to police.
As a result of investigation, 62-year-old Holly Gordon, from Paynton, has been charged with:
– one count, pointing a firearm; and
– one count, robbery with firearm.
A warrant has been issued for her arrest and Maidstone RCMP are actively working to locate and arrest her.
Holly Gordon is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 2 in
- Weight: 138 lbs
- Eye colour: green
- Hair colour and style: brown

Maidstone RCMP are actively working to identify the others involved. The other suspects are described as three females, and one male. The male is described as approximately 6’7”, with a thin build. The maroon truck, described as a mid-2010s Dodge model with a quad cab, was last seen near Table Mountain. A photo of the truck is shown.
