FORT QU'APPELLE — A male teen arrested in connection with a death on Star Blanket Cree Nation has appeared in court again.
The boy, who can't be named due to his age, was in Fort Qu'Appelle Provincial Court on March 12 charged with second-degree murder, and was remanded in custody to March 26.
On Feb. 18, File Hills First Nations Police Service was called to a report of a homicide at a home on Star Blanket.
Police found an adult male dead and arrested a male teen at the scene.
Police note the accused and the victim were known to each other.
