The Saskatchewan Roughriders are heading back to Saskatoon, and fans won’t have to wait long to grab their seats.
The club announced ticket details for its preseason game in the Bridge City, marking the first Roughriders exhibition contest in Saskatoon in more than 30 years.
The game is set for Saturday, May 23, at Griffiths Stadium, located at the University of Saskatchewan. The Roughriders will take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers with kickoff scheduled for 5 p.m.
Tickets for the game will go on sale to the general public on April 7 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.
Season Ticket Members will get first access, with Saskatoon-area members eligible to purchase starting March 18 at 10 a.m., followed by all members on March 20 at 10 a.m.
With limited capacity at Griffiths Stadium, the team expects demand to be high. Ticket purchases will be capped at four per account.
Griffiths Stadium will offer a mix of traditional grandstand seating along both sidelines, as well as large standing-room areas designed to create a more up-close and social viewing experience.
The preseason matchup will also coincide with the Roughriders’ annual training camp.
