SASKATOON — A 63-year-old Saskatoon man is facing several firearms-related charges after police responded to a report that an armoured car employee had a gun pointed at them Wednesday morning in Hampton Village.
Saskatoon police were called around 10:45 a.m. on March 18 to a business in the 100 block of Hampton Circle. According to police, an employee with an armoured car service reported that a man had pointed what appeared to be a firearm at them.
Officers located the suspect sitting in a vehicle in the business’s parking lot. Police say he was arrested without incident. A search of the vehicle located an imitation firearm.
The man has been charged with multiple firearms-related offences.
