WADENA — Another court appearance has been made by one of two people charged in connection with a stolen vehicle in the Wadena area.
On Nov. 5, Wadena RCMP received a report that a truck was stolen from south of Wadena.
The truck ran out of fuel, and after police arrested the two suspects, they seized a firearm and what was suspected to be drugs.
Kaylin Nashacappo, 23, of Yellow Quill First Nation, admitted her guilt in Wadena Provincial Court on March 19, where she received a suspended sentence and six months of probation.
Her co-accused, Calvin Paquachan, 36, of Yellow Quill First Nation, remains the subject of an arrest warrant.
