BATTLEFORDS – Battlefords RCMP are asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of wanted man 48-year-old Tony Phillips.
Tony Phillips is wanted on a warrant by Battlefords RCMP for charges including failing to attend court and sexual assault.
Phillips is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 8 in
- Weight: 190 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: grey
- Other descriptors: a tattoo of a dragon on his right upper arm and a tattoo of a black panther on his left upper arm
