LLOYDMINSTER — Saskatchewan RCMP’s Lloydminster Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team (STRT) has seized a quantity of cocaine, a prohibited weapon, and other evidence following a targeted drug trafficking investigation that started earlier this year.
As a result of investigation, on April 14, Saskatchewan RCMP’s Lloydminster STRT obtained and executed a warrant at a home on 22 Street Close in Lloydminster, Alta.
During a search of the residence, officers located and seized approximately 42 grams of cocaine, unstamped tobacco products, ammunition, a prohibited weapon, a sum of cash, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Officers arrested a woman at the residence, who was later released from police custody without charge.
Saskatchewan RCMP’s Lloydminster STRT continue to investigate.
