Update:
ESTEVAN — The Estevan Police Service (EPS) is reporting that Christopher Kelly has been located safe.
The 44-year-old man was the subject of a missing person report issued by the EPS late in the afternoon of April 18. He was last seen the previous day.
The EPS issued a follow-up report in the morning of April 19.
"This concludes the investigation," the EPS said. "The Estevan Police Service thanks the public and media for their assistance in the matter."
