HUDSON BAY — A new development in the case of a Hudson Bay man who admitted to child pornography charges.
In Hudson Bay provincial court April 29, Jess Binkley, 44, was sentenced to 669 days in jail, followed by three years of probation.
In December 2024, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit began an online investigation relating to child pornography.
In April, officers executed a search warrant at a home in Hudson Bay, and electronic devices were examined and seized by investigators.
