SASKATOON — Police are investigating a stabbing in the Fairhaven neighbourhood early Thursday morning.
At around 2: a.m. on April 30, Saskatoon police were called to the 3300 block of Fairlight Drive for a report of an injured person.
When officers arrived, they located the 26-year-old male victim suffering from a stab wound. Through investigation, officers learned that a confrontation had occurred between two parties outside of a business before the victim was stabbed and the suspects fled.
Members of the Serious Assault Unit are continuing to investigate.
