REGINA — The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce has announced its 2026–2027 board of directors, which will be formally sworn in at the organization’s 81st Annual General Meeting on May 7 in Regina.

Shawn Moen, co-founder and CEO of 9 Mile Legacy Brewing Co. Ltd. in Saskatoon, will serve as board chair. Jason Moser, partner and senior director of investments at PFM Capital Inc., has been named 1st vice chair, while Scott Bahr, president and CEO of Bit Service Company Ltd., will serve as 2nd vice chair.
The chamber also recognized outgoing chair Khurrum Awan, partner at Miller Thomson LLP, for his leadership over the past year. Awan will remain on the board as immediate past chair.
Two new directors were elected to the board, alongside one returning member. Lindsay Freistadt, founder and principal consultant with KASPRE Consulting Inc. in Pilot Butte, and Monty Reich, CEO of South West Terminal in Swift Current, are joining the board. Tyler Willox, partner at Flowing River Capital in Regina, was re-elected.

Chamber CEO Prabha Ramaswamy said the new board reflects the diversity of Saskatchewan’s economy.
“Saskatchewan’s economy reaches across energy, agriculture, finance, and many other sectors, and this board reflects that same breadth,” Ramaswamy said. “It’s this strong foundation of real-world business experience that gives the chamber’s advocacy its credibility.”
The full 2026–2027 board includes representatives from sectors such as energy, agriculture, finance, and consulting, with members based in communities across the province including Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Yorkton and Pilot Butte.
The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce says the new board will guide its advocacy work over the next two years as it continues to represent business interests across the province.
