NORTH BATTLEFORD — The North Battleford RCMP detachment is seeking the public's assistance in locating Richard Kotelko.
According to a message on the Saskatchewan Missing Persons Advisory Network, Kotelko was reported missing from North Battleford. He was last seen May 7 at 9 a.m.
Kotelko is described as 69 years old, weighing 485 pounds, and, according to the message, was wearing grey sweat pants and a black t-shirt when he was last seen.
