YORKTON — There has been a new development in the case of a teenage boy who pleaded guilty to attempted murder in connection with a brutal assault on Keeseekoose First Nation.
Kamsack RCMP say they were called to Keeseekoose last October, where they located an adult woman who had to be taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The male teen was sentenced in Yorkton Provincial Court on May 13.
He received 300 days in custody.
