INDIAN HEAD — A Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation man arrested in connection with a quadruple homicide on the reserve has appeared in court again.
Lauren Hotomani, 67, appeared in Indian Head Provincial Court on May 19 on a charge of accessory after the fact to murder. His matter was adjourned to June 16.
In February 2025, the File Hills First Nations Police Service received a report of sudden deaths at a home on Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation.
Police located two men and two women who had been shot to death.
