A memorandum of agreement has been ratified by the province and SGEU for a six year deal.
The union represents about 10,000 employees from government ministries, and were without a deal since 2016.
The deal will see no wage increases for the first two years, followed by one percent, and three years of two percent increases each year. The fourth year will see a combination of pension and general wage increases.
In a news release, public service commission minister Ken Cheveldayoff says the priority was to reach an agreement that was good for both sides — the employees and the citizens of Saskatchewan.
