REGINA — The Regina Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in an ongoing arson investigation in Central Regina.
On June 13, at approximately 6:40 a.m., police and Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS) were dispatched to the 1700 block of St. John Street for the report of smoke coming from a building. When officers arrived, they observed flames coming from the rear of the building.
Fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze. RFPS investigators determined the fire was intentionally set and, as a result, the investigation is now being carried out by Regina Police Service arson investigators.
Investigators are asking the public for assistance in identifying the people in the photos. They would like to speak to them in relation to this investigation.
