REGINA — The City of Regina is making complimentary carnations available at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery on Father's Day for families to place on their fathers' graves.
According to a Facebook post by the city, the carnations will be available between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. this Sunday.
Established in 1953, Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery is one of two cemeteries operated by the City of Regina where families can honour and remember their loved ones.
The Riverside cemetery also has a legacy program, through which memorial benches can be installed and trees can be planted in memorium. Plaques can also be included with the memorial items.
