YORKTON — Another court appearance has been made by one of three men arrested after the Saskatchewan Enforcement Response Team seized two firearms at a residential property in Yorkton.
A search was conducted at a residence on Russell Drive on March 9, and police seized a loaded prohibited firearm, a non-restricted firearm, ammunition and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Tyrone Ackerman, 37, of Fort McMurray, Alta., was in Yorkton provincial court June 22.
He was remanded in custody for his trial on Sept. 24.
