ESTEVAN — Court appearances have been made by two men arrested in connection with a death on White Bear First Nation.
Jeremy Whitebear, 23, is charged with first-degree murder, while Dwayne Maxie, 27, is accused of manslaughter.
In Estevan Court of King's Bench on June 23, they had their matters set over to July 14.
Carlyle RCMP were called to a White Bear home in December 2024, where they found the body of 33-year-old Talon Lonethunder of Coronach.
The charges have not been proven in court.
