SASKATOON — One man was arrested in Saskatoon following a request to assist the Regina Police Service Drug Unit.
At around 11 p.m. on June 18, members of the Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence in City Park, in the 500 block of 5th Avenue North as part of a two-month investigation led by the Regina Police Service Drug Unit.
One man was arrested police seized $31,090.25 CAD, a 2016 Ford F-150 King Ranch, a luxury wrist watch, a cell phone, and assorted paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking
As a result, a 32-year-old Saskatoon man was charged with possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000 and trafficking a controlled substance.
