PRINCE ALBERT — Prince Albert police are investigating after gunfire hit a home and a vehicle near the downtown area early Thursday morning.
Officers were called at approximately 6:50 a.m. on June 25 to a property in the 500-block of 11th Street East to assist with a weapons call. When they arrived, they learned that a firearm had been discharged at the residence and at a vehicle. Another vehicle was seen fleeing the area immediately after the gunfire.
Police say there were no injuries to officers or the public.
