MELFORT — Melfort RCMP are investigating a shooting.
On July 7 at approximately 12:20 a.m., Melfort RCMP received a report of a shooting on 1 Avenue South in Melfort.
The investigation determined an altercation occurred between a group of individuals. During the altercation, a firearm was discharged and two men were injured. Both men were taken to hospital; one with serious injuries and one with non-life-threatening injuries.
Melfort RCMP continue to investigate.
