The Qu’Appelle Valley is ready to to provide an atmosphere second to none once again, as Country Thunder Saskatchewan 2026 officially kicks off in Craven. For generations of music lovers, this iconic valley has served as a summertime rite of passage, and this year’s festival will continue with that rich history. With all the music and memories, this years event celebrates its legendary atmosphere with something for everybody once again, highlighted by the debut of the Rolling Thunder Museum—a travelling showcase honoring over 40 years of unforgettable Craven moments.
From July 9 to 12, fans will convey under the Land Of The Living Skies to a genre-defying soundtrack. The mainstage will bridge generations, featuring the soulful country storytelling of Lainey Wilson and Riley Green alongside a massive dose of late-90s grunge/rock powerhouse….Creed. Whether your family continues a long tradition or it’s a first-timer, one thing is certain…..although things change, Country Thunder 2026 makes the spirit of the valley remain timeless.
I want to look back on days gone by and reflect on those times and individuals that made the show come alive. It’s just a tiny sample of what I have but it’s a good representation of what it’s all about.
