This past weekend was extraordinarly hot across Saskatchewan after several weeks of cool, wet weather. Many Country Thunder fans said this felt like the hottest festival they’ve been too in all they years they’ve been attending. At 9pm Sunday is was still 31 degrees Celsius with a humidex of 44.
If it wasn’t the hottest Country Thunder Saskatchewan festival ever, it was certainly the hottest July 12th ever in several areas of the province, according to Environment Canada.
